About this guide
Meet Bevan, the Writer Behind This Guide
I write the Here2Win Casino guides on this site: bonus steps, logins and pokie breakdowns, explained the way I used to walk callers through a fault over the phone.
If you've landed here wondering who's actually behind these pages, it's just me. Have a browse through our pokies overview and you'll see the same plain, step-by-step approach running through every guide on the site.
A Decade of 0800 Lines Before Pokies
I'm Bevan Ashcroft, 44, based in Auckland. Before I wrote a single word about Here2Win Casino, I spent about a decade as a telco QA lead, taking calls from people whose broadband had dropped out mid-Netflix or whose router had decided to stop cooperating. That job taught me one thing above all: if you can't explain a fix in the order someone needs to do it, you haven't actually explained it.
These days I untangle sign-up bonuses and app downloads instead of dropped connections, but the instinct hasn't changed. If a guide on this site covers the Here2Win Casino bonus, it reads the same way a good support call sounds: one confirmed step, then the next.
Why I Skip the Jargon on Bonuses and Logins
A wagering multiplier or a KYC check means nothing to someone who just wants to know if their deposit is safe. My writing approach is the one I used on the phones: no jargon dumps, no waffle, just what to click, what to expect, and what the fine print actually means in NZ$ terms. If a step needs a minimum deposit or a time limit, I say so plainly rather than burying it in a paragraph of caveats.
You can see that approach applied in full on the Here2Win Casino bonus walkthrough, where each of the four welcome steps gets its own plain explanation rather than a single wall of terms.
How This Guide Checks Its Facts
Every number here is checked against a source before it goes on a page. What's on this site comes from brand-supplied details about Here2Win's payment methods and app availability, verified promo data for the welcome package and reload structure, and the operator's own published pages where a figure needs a source. Where a detail isn't confirmed anywhere I can point to, I leave it out rather than filling the gap with a plausible-sounding guess.
The ownership and licensing details behind the brand get the same treatment, and I've laid them out in full on the is Here2Win Casino legit page if you want to see exactly what's confirmed.
Who Actually Owns Here2Win
Here2Win Casino is run by Rancho Mirage Limited, registered as C63989, under an Anjouan licence numbered ALSI-202606028-FI1. Those three details sit behind every account you open and every deposit you make, so I've put them here plainly rather than leaving you to dig for them.
What This Guide Does — and Doesn't Do
This site is information and honest signposting, not customer support. I explain how the welcome package works, what a login error usually means, and which pokie fits a calmer or bigger-swing session, but I can't touch your account, reset your password or check a pending withdrawal. For quick, specific answers, the FAQ collects the most common questions in one place, written in the same plain style as everything else here.
If you need an actual person or a real support ticket, that has to go through Here2Win itself. The Contact page lists the brand's confirmed channels, since this guide doesn't accept messages of its own.
Bevan Ashcroft
I write for players who want straight answers about Here2Win without the fluff, the same way I used to talk a frustrated caller through resetting a router at two in the morning. A few things guide how I put a page together:
- Explain a process in the order the reader actually meets it, not the order it's easiest to write.
- State the number or the catch plainly instead of hedging around it.
- Leave a detail out entirely rather than fill a gap with a guess.
- Point readers to the brand's own channels for anything this guide can't do, like account changes.
Off the clock I'm usually watching the footy or under the bonnet of an old Holden in my Mount Roskill garage — a decent way to remember that most problems come apart the same way: one bolt, one step, at a time.
